James’ background is in building businesses, M&A and debt advisory.
James founded Ealing Capital to provide entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses with a professional and reliable partner. He is passionate about supporting clients and helping them achieve their objectives, maximise value, and navigate complex transactions.
We support clients through sale events, acquisitions and the raising of funding as well as broader corporate finance advisory and strategic advice. We are strategic, thorough and trusted.
Outside of work, James can be found playing tennis, running, cycling or cooking.
M&A Analyst
Alex is an M&A Analyst with a background in private equity, economics, and operational finance.
Alex has experience in private equity and financial modelling, valuation and analysis. He maintains a strong passion for owner operated and founder led companies and understanding their motives and aspirations.
As a former US Marine Corps Combat veteran, he brings disciplined execution and a focused mindset to transaction analysis, due diligence, and valuation work.
